The shipment of your parcel
Packages are generally shipped immediately upon receipt of payment and are shipped to Italy via GLS or Poste Italiane with tracking and delivery within 24 hours, while abroad we ship with DHL with tracking and delivery in 2/3 working days. Any type of shipping you choose, we will provide a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include the costs of running and packaging and postage. The operating costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid in the case of fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are adequately large well protected.
Return Policy
The customer can conclude the contract for any reason and without explanation. To do these the customer must send a communication within 14 working days of receipt of item. The items must be returned new (unused), with all the original parts otherwise the seller can't accept the return and he will not refund.
Shipping costs to return the goods and any customs fees are charged to the customer.
